Andrea Thielk provides legal services to a large number of Condominium Corporations, Townhome Associations, Co-operatives and all forms of Non-Profit Housing Developments, in Essex County, Kent County and Lambton County.
In 2001, Andrea founded the Canadian Condominium Institute, Windsor-Essex County Chapter and was elected the Chapter’s President. In 2003, Andrea was accredited with the ACCI (Law) designation in Condominium Law by the Canadian Condominium Institute. In 2007, Andrea was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation Plaque in recognition of her service to the National Board of Directors of the Canadian Condominium Institute and in 2008 Andrea was inducted into the Fellowship of the Canadian Condominium Institute in recognition of her outstanding service to the condominium industry and the Canadian Condominium Institute.
Andrea is a current board member of the Canadian Condominium Institute (Windsor-Essex Chapter) and is a frequent instructor and writer on condominium- related matters for owners, directors, and managing agents of condominiums.
